By using Ringvoo services, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Lawful use

You must use Ringvoo only for lawful communications. Fraud, scams, robocalling abuse, harassment, or any prohibited activity may lead to immediate suspension.

3. Billing and credits

Calls and services are billed according to published pricing. Wallet credits and subscriptions may have separate billing rules. We may update rates with notice.

4. Service availability

We aim for high reliability, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Network quality, third-party carriers, and internet conditions may impact performance.

5. Emergency services

Ringvoo is not a replacement for traditional emergency calling services. Do not rely on internet calling for emergency communication.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risks, or fail payment obligations. You remain responsible for outstanding charges.
