Ringvoo's current price from the United States is $0.10 per minute for an Indian mobile and $0.14 per minute for an Indian landline.
You pay for each minute the call enters, not for unused seconds inside that minute.

How to dial India from the United States
- From the US, dial 011, then 91, then the Indian number.
- Mobiles are 10 digits and usually start with 6, 7, 8, or 9. If a contact is saved with a 0 in front, leave that 0 off. Example shape: 011 91 98765 43210.
- Landlines use a city code with the leading 0 removed. Delhi 011 becomes 11, so the shape is 011 91 11 and then the local number. Mumbai 022 becomes 22.
- In Ringvoo, enter +91 and the 10-digit mobile, or +91 plus the city code without its 0.
Why not just use WhatsApp?
WhatsApp does not charge when both people already use it. It cannot ring a landline at a bank, a clinic, or a government office in India. Ringvoo calls the ordinary phone number, whether or not that person has a smartphone app installed.

Drop the 0 from the STD code. Delhi is 011 91 11 plus the local number. Mumbai is 011 91 22 plus the local number.
Are mobile and landline prices the same?
Not always. The page shows the current mobile price and the current landline price separately when each one is available.
What does a 10-minute call cost?
Take the per-minute price and multiply by 10. The cost table on this page does that for 1, 5, 10, and 30 minutes.
Will the person in India need an app to answer?
No. The call arrives like any other phone call to that mobile or landline number.
