Android (Chrome)
Use Google Chrome. Fully closing Chrome stops Incoming until Ringvoo is installed as an app.
- Open Chrome, go to Ringvoo, and sign in.
- Chrome menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Open Ringvoo from the home-screen icon — not from a Chrome tab.
- Go to Settings → Calling → Enable, then tap Allow when Chrome asks.
- Phone Settings → Apps → Ringvoo (or Chrome) → Notifications On. Battery must not be Restricted.
After that you can leave the app and lock the phone. Do not Force stop Ringvoo in Android settings. If you only get a Missed call after hang-up, repeat Enable from the home-screen icon.
iPhone (Safari, iOS 16.4 or later)
Apple only allows alerts from a Home Screen app — not from a Safari or Chrome tab.
- Open Safari (not Chrome), go to Ringvoo, and sign in.
- Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.
- Open Ringvoo from that home-screen icon.
- Go to Settings → Calling → Enable, then tap Allow.
- If nothing appears: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ringvoo → allow Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Sounds.
A Safari tab cannot wake the phone after Safari is closed. Chrome on iPhone cannot install this Home Screen app the same way — use Safari.
Windows / Mac (Chrome or Edge)
A browser tab is enough while Ringvoo is on screen. Closed-browser Incoming needs the installed app.
- Open Ringvoo in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
- Install the app: Chrome menu → Cast, save and share → Install Ringvoo (or Install app in Settings).
- Open Ringvoo from that app icon.
- Go to Settings → Calling → Enable, then Allow notifications.
- You can minimize the app. Do not fully quit it if you need Incoming while you are away.
What you should see
If Ringvoo is on screen and online, you get the Accept/Reject card and the Ringvoo ringtone. If the app is installed and not on screen, you get an Incoming call notification — tap it, then Accept. The notification uses your phone’s own notification sound, not the in-app ringtone.
